Physical Therapy Protocols
Orthopedic physical therapy protocols for shoulder, knee, elbow, foot and ankle.
Physical therapists play a vital role in our patients' recovery and overall success. Since they work with our patients multiple times per week, we see them as an integral extension of our team. We greatly appreciate the ongoing updates from therapists and welcome any feedback on our treatment protocols. If a specific protocol is needed but not listed below, please don’t hesitate to contact our office.

Post-Operative Treatments
Knee
Non-Operative Treatments
Our practice treats patients through the least invasive means available and most often without surgery. Many patients are treated successfully through a comprehensive non-operative treatment program that may include selective modification of activities, oral pain medications, physical rehabilitation, corticosteroid injections, and orthobiologic agents. Patients without any interest in undergoing surgery are invited for consultation to learn their diagnosis, as well as low-risk ways to reduce their symptoms and improve their quality of life.
Shoulder
Adhesive Capsulitis (Frozen Shoulder)
Subacromial impingement, rotator cuff tendinitis, partial rotator cuff tear
